We are in Network with the following policies: Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue View Vision, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, Health Plans inc., New Hampshire Healthy Families, Martin’s Point, NH Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare East, USMR, Vacc, United Health*

We are not in network with VSP or Eyemed, however, patients with these policies can be seen by us as an out-of-network provider. Our staff can assist you in submitting to your insurance company.
